UNSW Press is a not-for-profit company responsible for publishing, representing and distributing books throughout Australia and New Zealand under the University of New South Wales entity.
We worked closely with the UNSW Press team to present the UNSW Press brand in a fresh and engaging manner through an entirely redesigned and developed website, as well as creating an administration area for staff to easily update and manage book data and public-facing content.
UNSW Press were struggling with having no clear distinction between brands and imprints, whilst the promotion of searching for content was non-existent and extremely difficult to navigate. Our website redesign has resulted in a highly user-focussed consolidation of content, with a clear infrastructure that provides future-proof growth for the site. Content is categorised and searchable via a number of pathways, allowing users to find books and information with ease.
Wagtail is known for it's ability to handle large websites jam-packed with data, as well as seamlessly integrating with third party applications and services. The UNSW Press website will benefit from the ability to extend easily over time within Wagtail CMS as the organisation adds more titles to their collection. We look forward to working with their team and supporting the future development of the UNSW Press website.
